Account Security

Accuracy of Information

You are required to keep all information associated with your hb333 account accurate and up to date at all times, including your name, email address, mobile number, and payment method details. Any changes to your registered information must be reported to the support team promptly. hb333 bears no liability for account access issues, payment failures, or communication errors arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hb333 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deductions being made. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your hb333 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon account closure.

Deposits

• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• hb333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Requests will not be fulfilled until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific bonus claimed. Real-money balances are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
• hb333 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard transaction fees applied by payment providers are outside our control and are the responsibility of the player.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have fully completed any applicable identity verification requirements.
• Each player is entitled to claim any given promotion only once, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonus abuse — including claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus — is prohibited and will result in immediate account action.
